However, if for any reason the client is not completely satisfied with the services provided by the CODE MINDS team, a fair and transparent return policy is available.
CODE MINDS reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on our website.
Conditions for Requesting a Return
For CODE MINDS to process the corresponding return, the client must consider the following points:
- Request Period: Return requests must be made within 30 days following the service provision. Requests for returns after this period will not be processed.
- Reason for Return: CODE MINDS accepts returns only for the following reasons: (i) The service was not provided as agreed in the contract; (ii) There were significant errors in the service delivery; or (iii) The outcome of the service was unsatisfactory due to faults attributable to CODE MINDS.
Request Process
Regarding the process for requesting a return, once the above points are met, the client can request a return through the following steps:
- Contact the Team: Contact CODE MINDS by sending an email to informacion@code-minds.com, providing your name, contract or invoice number, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Internal Review: The CODE MINDS team will review the client's request and will contact them within 10 business days to discuss their case.
- Resolution: Depending on the nature of the issue, CODE MINDS may offer the client:
- Re-performing the service at no additional cost.
- A partial or full refund of the service cost.
- A credit for future services.
Limitations on Return Requests
CODE MINDS implements limitations on return requests to prevent abuse and fraud, ensuring the financial and operational sustainability of this policy, as well as proper management of client expectations and compliance with legal regulations. These restrictions help maintain high quality standards, optimize resources, and ensure clear and transparent communication, benefiting both the company and its clients. Therefore, the limitations on return requests are as follows:
- Completed Services: Returns will not be accepted for services that have already been completed and delivered, except in cases of errors or justified dissatisfaction, which will be reviewed by the CODE MINDS team.
- In-Progress Services: If the client wishes to cancel an in-progress service, they should contact CODE MINDS as soon as possible by sending an email to informacion@code-minds.com. Returns in these cases will be evaluated individually.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations of scheduled services:
- Cancellations must be requested at least 10 days before the scheduled service date.
- The refund will depend on the date the cancellation is requested, as follows:
- Cancellations with 15 days' notice: Full refund.
- Cancellations within 10 days before the service: Partial refund depending on the progress of the acquired service.
Same-day cancellations: No refund will be issued.
- Cancellation Process
Send an email to informacion@code-minds.com or call with your name, contract number, and service date, and you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation and details about the applicable refund.
- Excepciones: Casos excepcionales pueden ser considerados individualmente, y podrían aplicarse términos diferentes.
Refund Timeframe
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method used in the transaction.
